Southwest California is one of the fastest growing regions in California and the United States. A mild climate with clean air and ocean breezes, this area has something to offer everyone. The cities of Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Murrieta, Temecula, Wildomar, and parts of unincorporated Riverside County comprise the region that is located in a 600 square mile area that is just north of San Diego County. Spanning both Interstate 15 and 215, Southwest California is an hour drive to Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. This burgeoning area boasts an outstanding quality of life, abundant and reasonably priced land, affordable housing, a highly skilled and educated workforce, exceptional school districts, community colleges and universities, entertainment, and recreational and cultural activities for varied lifestyles. The area’s economy is expanding with a considerable number of medical manufacturing, high technology, and green technology firms located within the region. A business-friendly government atmosphere and a strong inventory of quality office space, industrial parks, and available land has led many businesses to situate themselves within the active Interstate 15 and 215 corridors. Find out what our many businesses already know… Southwest California is a great place to live, work and play.
